Maintenance

Well-kept facilities, issues handled on time.

Preventive maintenance, repair coordination and vendor oversight to keep your condominium’s common areas working well.

What’s included

Maintenance built on prevention.

Dealing with things early costs less than repairing them late. That is why we combine a preventive program with coordination of whatever needs fixing.

  • Preventive maintenance

A program of regular inspections to take care of what the condominium needs on time.

  • Corrective maintenance

Coordination of repairs when something fails in common areas and shared facilities.

  • Vendor oversight

Oversight of work and vendor evaluation to protect the quality of every service.

  • Issue reporting

A clear channel for residents and owners to report problems and have them followed up.

Report an issue

Is it a routine request or something urgent?

Routine request

Issues or needs that put no one at risk and can be scheduled.

  • Burnt-out lights in common areas
  • Doors, gates or locks that don’t close properly
  • Minor leaks or damp
  • Gardening, cleaning or painting

Urgent / emergency

If anyone’s life or safety is at risk —fire, a smell of gas, sparks or exposed wiring, serious flooding or an injured person— call 911 first. This website does not replace emergency services.

Once everyone is safe, notify your condominium’s management through the channel your community uses and say that it is urgent so it can be prioritized.

  • Major water leaks
  • Power failure in common areas
  • Elevator out of service
  • Damage that affects the building’s safety

Follow-up

How a request is handled.

Every report follows the same path, so you always know where it stands.

  1. Step 1: Report

The issue is logged with its location, a description and, where possible, a photo.

  2. Step 2: Review

Its priority is set, along with what is needed to resolve it.

  3. Step 3: Coordination

The right staff member or vendor is assigned and the work is supervised.

  4. Step 4: Closure

The fix is confirmed and included in the monthly follow-up.
